Gerald began Soft Touch Moving Service in 2001 as an owner/operator.  He started with furniture contracts, and quickly moved into commercial, residential, and apartment moves.  He also unloaded 52 ft containers going and coming from overseas.  Gerald is so thankful that providing moving services doesn’t feel like work, as he absolutely loves what he does.

Gerald has a strong desire to help those that are less fortunate.  One of his desires is to open an academic center that will help prepare children and adults for college and life in general.  He wants to lay a foundation to help them prepare for tough decisions they may encounter in life.

Gerald attended Oklahoma State University on a football scholarship.  In 1990, he led the entire nation in rushing.  He was also 1st team All Big 8, 2nd team Playboy All-American, top 10 Heisman Trophy candidate, and drafted by the Minnesota Vikings.  Gerald played one year in the World Football League for the Frankfort Galaxy.

Gerald loves spending time with his beautiful wife, and his 3 awesome sons.
